Cancellation Policy

Where a participant is unable to attend the presentation, a substitute person can attend at no additional cost.  Alternatively, a full refund will be given up to 5 working days prior to the course.  A half refund will be given for cancellation received between 5 days and up to 24 hours prior to the course. All cancellations must be in writing and made to the Events Manager, Property Institute of NZ, PO Box 27-340, Wellington.  The Institute reserves the right to alter, postpone or cancel the course.  In the event of Institute cancellation a full refund will be given.
