Where a participant is unable to attend the presentation, a substitute person can attend at no additional cost. Alternatively, a full refund will be given up to 5 working days prior to the course. A half refund will be given for cancellation received between 5 days and up to 24 hours prior to the course. All cancellations must be in writing and made to the Events Manager, Property Institute of NZ, P.O. Box 5304 Lambton Quay Wellington 6145. The Institute reserves the right to alter, postpone or cancel the course. In the event of Institute cancellation, a full refund will be given.
Please note that CPD points will automatically be allocated to your member profile when you register online, attend and pay for Institute events. As usual, non-structured CPD points will need to be manually added by you to your profile. PINZ policy is that the CPD point that is available for taking part in webinars may only be claimed by the member who has registered & paid to take part.
